We are located in the beautiful, historic town of New Baltimore.  The rolling terrain and Hudson River Valley offer a diverse landscape for production of produce and livestock.  Greene County is usually known for the Catskill Mountains and its beautiful views, but it is also home to local farms and farmers who thrive with the support of local communities and consumers.  Otter Hook Farms supports ecological diversity, local businesses, preservation of open space, a healthy environment and the endangered lifestyle of small working family farms.

While our farm is not certified organic, we use organic farming practices.  We buy untreated, non-GMO seeds and no synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides.  We have signed the Farmers Pledge through NOFA-NY.  To read the pledge, please click on the link below.
